Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Lead and execute automation of production processes within an Industry 4.0 environment.

Design, develop, and integrate software enhancements and technical control parameters, ensuring alignment with customer and operational requirements.

Program, commission, troubleshoot, and integrate PLC-based control systems on the plant floor.

Ensure reliability and continuous improvement of automated equipment through the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
-
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or advanced manufacturing environments.
-
Experience with automation tools, robotics, SAP, and data automation–oriented languages such as SQL, Python, ABAP, and SAP Building.

Proven experience managing and leading personnel.

Development of custom scripts to connect and integrate different platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Siemens environments: TIA Portal (S7‑1200 / S7‑1500) and WinCC for industrial applications.
- Electrical schematics: Strong capability in the interpretation and development of electrical drawings and control diagrams.
- Machine Vision: Hands-on experience configuring and commissioning Keyence (IV / CV‑X series) or Cognex (In‑Sight) vision systems.
- Traceability systems: Proven ability to generate and transmit print strings (ZPL commands) directly from PLCs to Zebra printers.
- Industrial communication protocols: In-depth knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, AS‑i, and IO‑Link networks.
