Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate MOD personnel functions to meet the area’s Production schedule.
  • Monitor production, quality, and safety indicators applicable to the area (QCDP).
  • Participate in problem-solving groups that involve your area.
  • Verify the order and cleanliness of the area based on the 5S methodology.
  • Validate the HIT Standard Work Method, providing feedback to the Process Engineer for timely preparation or updates.
  • Lead communication meetings such as TOP 5, TOP 30, and TOP 60 for the different GAPs under your responsibility.
  • Participate in and follow up on HOSHIN activities carried out in your area.
  • Verify GAP attendance through the daily roll call, taking appropriate actions to prevent absenteeism.
  • Follow daily activities through the application of your Daily Work Routine.
  • Validate and enforce the daily routines of your GAP Leaders.
  • Monitor the correct implementation and application of FES Methodologies and maintain control and records generated from them.
  • Assess job proficiency and validate ILUO levels corresponding to the area.
  • Conduct LPA audits.
  • Prepare and follow up on the personnel rotation plan for their positions, according to IP/HSE criteria.
  • Ensure proper training of new team members in your work area to integrate them into the GAP.
  • Motivate and encourage process improvement through the generation of Improvement Ideas, as well as monitor timely response and implementation of these ideas.
  • Follow up on the line rotation plan and the training plan for your personnel.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Profile and Competencies:

  • Education: Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 90% proficiency in English (spoken, written, and read).

Experience in:

  • Manufacturing processes in automotive production, automation processes.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Personnel management (staff under your supervision).
  • Problem-solving.
