Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Responsabilidades principales

1. Mantenimiento Preventivo

• Limpiar cavidades, texturas y venteos para evitar defectos de acabado y problemas de llenado.
• Lubricar componentes móviles (expulsores, correderas y columnas) para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
• Verificar sellos y empaques del molde para evitar fugas de presión o temperatura.
• Realizar checklist de insulto/inyección al sello conforme al calendario y reportar desviaciones al área de procesos.
• Ejecutar checklist de arranque al inicio de turno, validando el 100% de los moldes en línea.
• Verificar localizadores, imanes y canaletas para asegurar la correcta sujeción de los wires.
• Asegurar el funcionamiento correcto de autovents y revisar que los slots del molde estén en buen estado.

2. Mantenimiento Correctivo y Reparaciones

• Desarmar, limpiar y calibrar fill guns (pistolas de llenado).
• Ajustar cierres y reparar rebabas (flash) en moldes.
• Realizar reparaciones menores mediante soldadura TIG en aluminio y pulido de superficies.
• Diagnosticar fallas de producción (piezas pegadas, fallas de expulsión, etc.).
• Verificar el correcto sellado del molde después de cada reparación mediante pigmento sintético.

3. Montaje y Configuración (Set-up)

• Realizar cambios de versión mediante instalación o retiro de insertos.
• Conectar y validar servicios de vapor, agua de enfriamiento y aire comprimido.
• Verificar alineación correcta de mitades del molde y mold frames antes del arranque.
• Cumplir con el estándar SMED, asegurando tiempos de cambio menores a 4 minutos.

4. Gestión y Documentación

• Registrar todas las actividades de mantenimiento y reparación en el historial del molde.
• Administrar refacciones críticas para evitar paros prolongados.
• Mantener el área de tooling conforme a estándares de orden, limpieza y seguridad (5’s).

5. Mejora Continua

• Participar en juntas de Gemba Scrap, analizar fallas recurrentes y proponer mejoras desde el herramental para la reducción de defectos.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Experiencia:

• 2-3 años en moldes  en Industria Automotriz/ Manufactura
• Diagramas eléctricos
• Mecánica, neumática, hidraulica
• Soldadura TIG para aluminio
• Conocimientos básicos de programación PLC
