Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Let us introduce the main missions of the Group Controller:

  • Ensure controlling data consistency and consolidation.
  • Maintain and further develop the reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS solutions).
  • Coordinate all financial reporting phases (actuals, forecast, budget, strategic plan)
  • Investigate the variances and monitor the action plans.
  • Improve the processes and promote innovative digital reporting.
  • Be a finance ambassador to share the best practices within the organization.

What you will learn in this position:

  • Learn about all FORVIA reporting and controlling processes.
  • Lead projects and initiatives directly connected to Controlling process improvements.
  • Interact with a large variety of stakeholders and partners at different levels of the organization to build a strong network within FORVIA (Top management, Regions, Business Groups, etc.)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Technical Skills:

  • Finance degree in related field of study, master’s degree, preferred. 
  • 5 to 10 years of controlling experience required (ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D activities)
  • Computer literate and good expertise of IT systems
  • Consolidation Systems Knowledge (Essbase, Hyperion, PBCS, …)
  • Experience in an international company or in a matrix organization
  • English fluency required.
