Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The L2 SAP Functional Expert is the interface between local site management and the Faurecia Core Systems (FCS) organization in terms of modifications, enhancements and implementations. He/she has a good functional understanding of SAP and detailed knowledge of the organization and processes in the sites he/she supports. As such, he/she plays a role of internal consultant for the proper usage of SAP on sites.

 

The main missions of the role are:

 

Participates in the SAP roll-out phase for the sites of his/her region

 

  • Participating as assigned/available during Kick-off meetings
  • Being the first-option for Key User Training
  • Supporting the Go-Live activities, being on-site as required
  • Supporting the First Post-Assessment
  • Being involved in the Simulation Testing
  • Being the first-option for extended support
  • Ensure smooth Go-Live.

 

Performs 2nd level end-user support

 

  • Receives incidents from the 1st level-support
  • Documents solutions/results about incidents/demand in the ticket management system
  • Provides either remote (phone, remote-control) or onsite support for end user. I.e. Training etc.
  • Identifies and escalates problems of the sites through the support chain
  • Follows up issue and root cause analysis with the support chain and validation with end user
  • Responsible for Re-Training when necessary
  • Supporting the On-Going Post-Assessments

 

Ensures Continuous Improvement in his/her functional domain

 

  • Responsible for monitoring the plant performance. Working with Regional IT so that they can reinforce the message to the plant

 

Hypercare Support by

 

  • Providing technical/functional support in their domain

 

Being the Subject-Matter-Expert in their domain

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Degree or Professional Studies: Collage diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems or equivalent experience, with functional experience in Manufacturing & Logistics.

 

Experience:

 

  • +3 years of experience in SAP, SD domains, EDI basics, MM/PP/FI basics knowledge desirable
  • Experience in Automotive business processes a plus

 

Skills and Competences:

 

  • Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies, tables, Idocs and jobs
  • Knowledge of SAP integration between and different modules like: FI-CO Purchasing, SRM
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills and pro-active attitude
  • Good communication and expression skills in an international environment
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Self-motivated and capable of organizing own workload, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong customer service orientation; Strongly focused on delivery and quality
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • EDI knowledge is a plus
  • MX E-invoice knowledge is a plus. 
  • Language: English Fluent
  • Travel should be anticipated to average around 20%
