Essential responsibilities and duties

The Marketing Analyst provides comprehensive analysis of Faurecia Business through market studies such as customers, new countries, technologies, competitors and key players. He/She develops and maintains the seating Marketing database which contains key data on application, acquisition, market shares, volumes, prices,….

The main missions of the role are: Marketing data collection:

o Connect to all CBUs and functions worldwide to collect all the marketing information needed to update the marketing database.

o Maintain a good level of data quality of the marketing database to ensure accuracy in the information collected and provided to BG. Market Analysis: o Support CBUs and functions in specific analysis from the marketing database depending on their needs to drive the business.

o Follow the current and the future market shares (by product, customers…) for Faurecia and competitors

o Market research and analysis: product, customer, technologies, competitors. Identify relevant information, conduct the required analysis (quantitative, qualitative) and present the results/recommendations in a business decision oriented format Market Forecasting:

o Develop and maintain market forecasts, including demand projections and sales trends based on the marketing database. Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to collect marketing data and integrate them into business strategies. 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be :

 Minimum Education Level: Masters degree in Engineering or Business school Experience :

o First experience or significant apprenticeship experience in an industrial environment Skills and competencies :

o Fluent in English o IT Skills: Excellent in excel and databases + HTML

o Results oriented with good written and oral communications skills

o Ability to work in a matrix organization and International mind set

o Strong analytical skills
