Job Description: 

Overall responsibilities and duties:

o PLC Programmer is responsible to complete programming of machine in PPIC for programming. And also provide support to Faurecia plant for programming. It operates throughout the development cycle, up to integration and production of machine.

 

The main missions of the role are:

o Understanding of RFQ received from customer. o Knowledge of the Component selection according to the machine specification, understand and solve issues. o PLC, HMI, TCO, Tracebility Program design o Electrical diagram know how in E- Plan, Auto CAD.

o Perform electrical diagrams and drive routings o Know how on Plastic Post processing machine and functioning.

o Knowledge of Saftey Function which are globelised according to the International Standards

o Knowladge of Robotic operation and Function.

o Should be able to define the Maintenance function of Machines. And able to do basic electrical mainienacne trouble shooting in PPIC.

o Technical Selection of Equipments, Installation, Troubleshoot technique

o On site/on Field Machine Installation Know how.

o Participate in the detailed analysis of functional and technical needs

o Define the architecture, in conjunction with other professions (mechanics, optical, industrialization, ...) and write the technical specifications to supplier for electrical/ programming.

o Ensure the interfacing of the differents elements with system software,& mechanics o Write the validation plan of the product according to the internal procedures

o Support the industrialization of EE products

o Deploy capitalization and competencies inside company (training, guideline,…) for his perimeter

o To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management

 

Business competences: Build some intimacy to have a good relationship with o Sales & Customers, Purchasing & Suppliers, Program team & Engineering, PPV’s in global Faurecia locations

Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/ Electrical/Mechatronics • Prior experience in relevant field preferably in automotive industries (Knowing Plastic Processing technology) • Global exposure of Machinery Standards. Experience : o 3 to 5 yr of experience in SPM machine development and robot programming. Skills and competencies o Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas o strong communication skills in English o Collaborative approach & team player o Conflict management skills : ability to prevent and solve conflicts o Problem solving attitude o Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team. o Design to cost approach. o Standard PC software knowledge (MS Office, etc.) and comfortable with digital tools. o Intercultural and open mindset, overseas experiences a plus. o Flexibility for frequent business travel. o Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
