Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
o    Define functional solutions related to various PLM domains like, EBOM, CADBOM… answering the expectations expressed by the Users’ representatives and matching needs of all BGs.
o    Ensure the solutions are developed with the expected level of quality and according to the timing agreed with the BGs

The main missions of the role are :
o    Lead projects related to his/her domain of responsibility
o    Animate working groups with internal & external suppliers aiming at defining solutions to be implemented in his/her functional domain
o    Create and validate in collaborations with the BGs, the functional specifications describing the solutions to be implemented in the PLM for his/her domain of competence
o    Provide functional support on the solutions of her/his domain to reach the expected level of quality 
o    Support to testing team to check consistency between what has been specified and the related developments
o    Assures good communication and relationships with all business internal & external business partners
o    Drives continuous improvement in his/her area
Qualifications
Education level:   Bachelor / Master’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
•    More than 5 years experience, in PLM projects. Functional Expertize in TeamCenter PLM preffered
Skills and competencies:
•    PLM functional expertise on Platform Team Center (Siemens) /and/or 3dExpericence (Dassault)
•    Fluent English (spoken & written) & ability to deal with international support tasks
•    Animation of meetings and workgroups
•    Communication and negociation skills to find compromise with internal customers
•    Softskills: communication, adaptability, teamwork, autonomy…
