Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Testing & Quality Ownership
•    Lead QA efforts for PPM solutions such as MS Project Online, Planview, ServiceNow PPM, Planisware or equivalent enterprise tools.
•    Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts covering functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
•    Ensure data accuracy, workflow validation, resource management, portfolio reporting, and all PPM modules behave as expected.
•    Validate custom enhancements, configurations, and integrations with 3rd party applications like SAP and other financial tools
2. Quality Governance & Process Control
•    Establish and enforce QA processes, test standards, traceability matrices, and documentation best practices.
•    Drive quality metrics, defect KPIs, test coverage reports, and continuous improvement activities.
•    Participate in requirement analysis, providing early feedback on testability and risks.
3. Automation Expertise (Nice to have)
•    Evaluate opportunities to automate regression test suites.
•    Work with automation frameworks such as Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or API testing tools.
•    Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
•    Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and PMO teams.
•    Support business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
•    Communicate defects, risks, timelines, and test results with clarity and confidence.
5. Defect & Release Management
•    Manage defects through tools like Azure DevOps or equivalent.
•    Participate in sprint ceremonies, change management reviews, and release readiness assessments.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Required Qualifications
•    7+ years of experience in software testing & QA.
•    Strong understanding of PPM processes: project planning, resource management, financials, risks & issues, portfolio visibility.
•    Hands-on experience with one or more PPM platforms (Planview, MS Projects, Planisware).
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business workflows.
•    Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
