Your mission, roles and responsibilities

o    对与公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密
o    知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《员工手册》《行为准则》行事并以身作则
o    参与到工厂持续改善过程中
o    按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理物流材料计划和生产计划团队，推行FES在本小组的开展与实施
o    整合客户需求，组织工厂内部MPS和S&OP会议，制定短期和长期生产计划，及推进物流计划相关工具的实施及KPI达成。
o    分析客户需求、监控生产以及库存情况，评估长短期交付风险，制定工厂交付风险，处置和协调相关报警；协助工厂经理组织工厂备份模式制定，并跟踪工厂备份模式的得定期测试验证。
o    代表佛吉亚物流端窗口对外维持客户良好客户关系，对内及时沟通传达客户需求。
o    管理和指导计划员使用佛吉亚库存控制工具改善原材料和成品的库存水平以达到集团目标。
o    协调物流内部对EOP/ECR/ECO等特殊状态的得跟踪和应对，管理相关物料、记录相关数据和证据，降低物料呆滞风险。
o    定期检查和更新ERP主数据，保证主数据准确性。
o    物料及成品运输运费管理,装载率管理，控制额外运费发生，运输管理相关工具的实施及使用，确保运费KPI达成集团目标。
o    记录、评价、培训，供应商的交付绩效，促进供应商交付绩效的持续改善。
o    当量产及新项目零件发生包装，订单条件，运输安排等变更时，负责主导与供应商沟通并更新物流协议和包装协议。
o    按照公司要求定期更新MIFA和MIFD
o    配合项目物流提供量产阶段相关物流报价信息，审核项目物流的报价以及BP假设。
o    团队合作

o    产能和库存分析，控制能力以及EOP管理能力
o    ERP应用经验、逻辑思维，SAP使用经验优先
o    熟悉项目管理、供应商及客户需求管理流程
o    对精益生产及拉动体系熟练掌握
o    熟练应用常见办公软件，尤其是EXCEL
