Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Plan and manage material supply to ensure production requirements and customer deliveries are achieved on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and material availability to prevent shortages and optimize stock levels.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components according to production plans.
  • Track supplier delivery performance and drive improvement actions to enhance supply reliability and service levels.
  • Review demand forecasts, production schedules, and procurement plans to ensure material readiness and capacity support.
  • Work with production, logistics, warehouse, and purchasing teams to resolve material shortages, delivery issues, and supply chain risks.
  • Manage inbound logistics activities, including transportation, material receipt, and packaging requirements.
  • Utilize ERP and planning systems to monitor material flow, inventory status, and procurement activities while maintaining accurate records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, material planning efficiency, and supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and ethical business practices.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Professional Experience:

  • Experience working in material planning or production planning within an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics coordination
  • Exposure to supplier communication and performance tracking is preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in planning systems [SAP,Manifest] and Microsoft Excel

Skills and competencies:

  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timing
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities with team , supplier and forwarder.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, MPM, inventory turnover.
