Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Support teamwork in the area. Assist in screen maintenance.
  • Follow the process of receiving and storing production materials in the SAP system.
  • Conduct warehouse audits.
  • Keep the supplier MPM file updated.
  • Assist in tracking receiving discrepancy reports.
  • Assist in coordinating with other departments in the implementation of the electronic ASN.
  • Manage the personnel under your supervision for the correct performance of activities.
  • Control the removal and weighing of waste.
  • Track the receipt of shipments.
  • Verify material receipts for damage and ensure their integrity.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Review and update procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure inventory reliability.
  • Be familiar with the systems assigned to your role (IATF, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
