Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Support teamwork in the area. Assist in screen maintenance.
- Follow the process of receiving and storing production materials in the SAP system.
- Conduct warehouse audits.
- Keep the supplier MPM file updated.
- Assist in tracking receiving discrepancy reports.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments in the implementation of the electronic ASN.
- Manage the personnel under your supervision for the correct performance of activities.
- Control the removal and weighing of waste.
- Track the receipt of shipments.
- Verify material receipts for damage and ensure their integrity.
- Continuous improvement.
- Review and update procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure inventory reliability.
- Be familiar with the systems assigned to your role (IATF, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
