Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsbilities and duties:
Lead customer quality management end‑to‑end, serving as the primary customer interface while ensuring effective issue resolution, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality systems across the product life cycle.
The main missions of the role are:
- Lead the full customer quality management pathway, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective handling of 0km issues, warranty/field returns, service concerns, and all non‑quality escalations while driving robust problem‑solving methodologies.
- Serve as the primary customer representative for the plant, managing all communication, technical discussions, requirement clarifications, engineering changes, validation activities, and quality‑related meetings to ensure alignment and compliance with customer expectations.
- Own the end‑to‑end customer complaint management process, both official and unofficial, ensuring timely execution of the 8D methodology and closure of all actions within agreed timelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve customer quality performance, including PPM, scorecards, audits, warranty indicators, and chargeback prevention, in collaboration with customer quality engineers.
- Lead audit readiness and execution, acting as the main contact for customer audits and supporting internal and external audits, while maintaining up‑to‑date quality procedures, documentation, control plans, PPAP submissions, and change management deliverables.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration within serial life teams, supporting product transfers, industrialization readiness, and improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean, SPC deployment, MSA studies, gauge capability (Gage R&R), and FMEA facilitation throughout the product life cycle.
- Lead defect‑reduction and in‑process product quality improvement initiatives, ensuring production methods comply with quality standards and implementing preventive/corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of defects.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the quality management system, including documentation control, failure investigations, risk assessments, and alignment of processes with organizational quality objectives.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive industry)
- In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques
Skills and Compentencies:
- Good knowledge of problem solving, 8D approach, Quality tool.
- Strong Customer satisfaction handling.
- Team Player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in Engilsh and Thai
