Essential responsibilities and dutiesThe Senior optic bonding process engineer executes the process strategy defined at the BU or R&D level and is responsible for process performance, material qualification, and equipment development within the division. The main missions of the role are:

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
Skills and competencies
- Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- English required, other languages are a plus
