Your mission, roles and responsibilities

 
We are looking for an Injection Production VIE for our establishment located at Pluak daeng, Thaïland.
 
As an Injection Production VIE, you will support the Injection Production team in achieving operational excellence through process optimization, equipment performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Automation teams, you will contribute to the performance and efficiency of the manufacturing operations.
 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation and follow-up of improvement action plans on the shopfloor.
  • Assisting with the implementation and validation of new equipment, machines, robots, tools, and molds.
  • Monitoring and improving production equipment performance.
  • Participating in troubleshooting activities and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Supporting mold trials and industrialization activities.
  • Contributing to problem-solving workshops and corrective action plans.
  • Releasing and updating manufacturing layouts and process documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day support to production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Supporting and maintaining automation and DMC-related projects.
  • Assisting with FES internal audits and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Conducting injection capacity studies and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Supporting the resolution of quality-related issues and driving action plans for sustainable improvements.
  • Tracking and reporting key production performance indicators, including:
    • Cycle Time
    • TRS (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
    • SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies)
    • Quality performance metrics

Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligible for the VIE program.
- Previous internship, apprenticeship, or project experience in a manufacturing environment is highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Interest in injection molding processes, industrial performance, and production management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
- Ability to analyze production data and transform findings into actionable improvement plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international, and multicultural manufacturing environment.
