Your mission, roles and responsibilities

•    PCBA process Design:Develop and continually  improve manufacturing PCBA process for AD new products-Cameras,ECUs,etc based on Business plan.
•    Prepare equipment/tooling specification and review solution/ drawings with supplier take account of  Lean, lesson learn, best practices ,HSE requirements.
•    Develop PCBA process documents – Layout, PCBA process Flowchart, PFMEA,Work instruction,etc
•    Define PCBA process parameter and qualify equipment and tooling.
•    Support PML to successfully launch new program, Achieve all manufacturing objectives (Quality ,Costs, Delivery, Safety, Efficiency, etc.)
•    Manage the feasibility assessments and quote industrialization to new program as acquisition phases.
•    Organize the support to Design and Quality Engineering with root-cause analysis of manufacturing problems
•    Lead the support to Production and Quality Engineering on legacy PCBA processes and products
•    Drive the team and accomplish to the program and industrial objectives
•    Ensure a safe working environment complying with HSE regulations and standards (health, safety, and environment)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•    Bachelors in Engineering with 5 to 10 years’ experience Automotive Electronics Operations and at least 3 years manufacturing/industrial engineering.
•    Bachelor or above 
•    +5 years working experience
•    +3 years working experience at automotive electronics industry.
•    Understand the PCBA process of automotive electronics production.
•    Understand the equipment for automotive electronics production
•    Familiar the Lean manufacturing concepts
•    Experienced in production equipment and line development is plus
•    Experienced in development of PFMEA
•    With purchasing experience is welcomed.
•    English speaking is must.
