The VIE programme offers young graduates the opportunity to gain international experience through a 12- to 24-month assignment within one of FORVIA’s subsidiaries abroad
 

Main eligibility rules

  • Nationality: citizenship of a European Economic Area country.
  • Age: registration before the 28th birthday, with departure no later than the 29th birthday.
  • Education: a completed Master’s degree is required by FORVIA.
  • Other conditions: compliance with national service obligations, civic rights, a clean criminal record, medical fitness and applicable host-country requirements.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Your mission

Forvia Interiors is looking for a Program Management VIE to be based in its Plant of Gorzow. As a Program Management VIE, you will support the Program and plant teams in coordinating project activities and preparing successful production launches. You will help track milestones, consolidate information and follow up on actions to support quality, cost and delivery objectives.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring of program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate action follow-up across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics and Purchasing.
  • Prepare program reviews, meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Maintain dashboards covering timing, costs, risks and open issues.
  • Help identify potential delays and escalate issues to the Program Manager.
  • Support production launch preparation and the handover of activities to plant teams.
  • Contribute to tracking engineering changes and their operational impact.
  • Support continuous improvement and the documentation of lessons learned.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or Project Management.
  • First experience or internship in manufacturing or project coordination would be an advantage.
  • Interest in automotive production and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English and comfortable collaborating with multicultural teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive and willing to work closely with operational teams.
