Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main missions of the role are to:

  • Acts as the subject matter expert in the processes of Change Management, Risk Management (FMEA), and Problem Solving to drive the processes properly and ensure the skills are being mastered in the engineering team.
  • Act as the Key User of applications in the areas of, but not limited to, PDM/PLM, FMEA, and Work Requests
  • Provides formal and on-the-job training to engineering personel for key applications and business processes in the areas of PDM/PLM, FMEA , and Work Requests
  • Develops pragmatic and well documented Business Process as required and supports the development of new tools and applications to drive effectiveness and efficiency
  • Drive the resolution of daily obstacles within the user community for software and tool application issues
  • Facilitates the control of user access rights to key engineering systems, applications, and collaborative spaces

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional (automotive) experience
  • Automotive Knowledge and background with Tier 1 or OEM engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of PDM/PLM, Change Management and Risk Management.
  • Experience in Business Process Development and Documentation
  • Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills

Minimum Language Skills: English/Spanish
