Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Principales responsabilidades:

El Ingeniero de Calidad de Planta es responsable de implementar los programas de control de procesos que asegurarán la producción de bienes/artículos acabados cumplan o excedan los requerimientos especificados por el cliente. También liderará la mejora continua utilizando las herramientas adecuadas y preverá análisis de datos.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Los principales objetivos de este perfil:

• Llevar a cabo múltiples proyectos simultáneamente abarcando desde fases de viabilidad hasta asesoramiento de calidad de post lanzamiento, y a lo largo de la vida de producción
• Facilitar Modos de Fallos y Análisis de Efectos (AMEF) con Ingeniería en conjunción con las actividades de planificación avanzada de calidad y monitorizar el status a lo largo de la vida de producción
• Desarrollar, implementar y mantener técnicas de Control Estadístico del Proceso
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del sistema de documentación de calidad y promover la consistencia a lo largo de la organización
• Llevar a cabo investigaciones para determinar las causas de los defectos y recomendar acciones correctivas
• Llevar listado de quejas de clientes, facilitando y participando en el proceso de acciones de corrección
• Instruir y formar al personal en técnicas y usos de instrumentos de auditoría y de pruebas
• Monitorizar y revisar la documentación de calidades según requisitos
• Visitar clientes y proveedores cuando sea necesario.
• Hacer las veces de enlace con los clientes externos, así como los internos
• Revisar todos los métodos de producción para que cumplan los estándares de calidad y para la mejora de los estándares de producto y calidad
• Llevar a cabo todas las responsabilidades con los requisitos del sistema IATF 16949.
• Tiene autoridad para parar procesos o producto fuera de control.
• Conocer los sistemas asignados a su rol (IATF, ISO 14001 E ISO 45001)
