- Piloter les action qualité sur l’UAP
- Mise à jour des plans de surveillance et Amdec de l’UAP Nord
. Faire un audit du plan de surveillance=> Complet toute l’UAP => Etat des lieux comparatif documents terrain versus les indications du plan de surveillance.
. Mise à jour du plan de surveillance en rajoutant les KPC et KCC, ainsi que sur tous les documents associés.
. Mettre en forme les top démarrages sous Mlean toute UAP
- Mise en place de la démarche 8QB toute l’UAP
. Réaliser l’état des lieux par une audit des process de la ligne
. Réaliser l’audit des rebuts peinture, assemblage et faire l’analyse avec les superviseurs et GL
. Piloter le morning market avec suivi en PDCA injection et peinture
