Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of R&D dashboards and performance KPIs to ensure consistency and comparability across Business Groups.
- Contribute to R&D process improvement and standardization, identifying opportunities to make workflows leaner and more efficient.
- Participate in Digital and AI projects within the Group R&D Department, helping to align ongoing initiatives with Forvia’s global innovation roadmap.
- Collaborate with Business Groups and Group Information Technology (GIT) to support the harmonization and massification of digital and AI tools.
- Assist in the deployment and follow-up of R&D initiatives, ensuring coherent execution across all Business Groups.
- Contribute to R&D network animation, supporting the preparation and organization of events such as the R&D AI Hub and other cross-departmental knowledge-sharing activities.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Student in Engineering school
- Fluent in English: Working language will be English
- R&D processes, digital transformation interest
- Good team-worker
- International mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, (network animation)
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
Good level with Microsoft Excel, programming knowledge (Microsoft Office suite, Python, HTML…)
