Your mission, roles and responsibilities

“A key support role ensuring program execution continuity and future scalability in a global automotive environment.”

As Deputy Program Manager, you will support the execution of automotive electronics programs in a global, cross‑functional environment. You will assist Program Managers in ensuring delivery aligned with quality, cost, timing, and performance objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting program planning, tracking, and coordination across engineering, industrial, purchasing, and quality teams.
Consolidating program status, risks, and action items, and driving timely follow‑up.
Supporting issue resolution and decision‑making through clear communication and structured reporting.
Contributing to workload balancing and operational continuity within the team.
Preparing materials for internal reviews and management reporting.

This role offers growth opportunities with increasing responsibility based on experience.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

You are a structured and proactive professional with experience in project or program environments and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key competencies include:

Experience in program or project coordination, ideally in automotive or industrial contexts
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and international teams
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness

Proficiency in Japanese, English; additional languages are a plus

A technical background or familiarity with automotive development processes is an advantage.
