Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Tax Accountant / Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Assistant Manager for Forvia Group in Japan

Scope:

- Faurecia Clarion Electronics Co., Ltd.

- FSVAP Japan Co., Ltd.

- Clarion Lifecycle Solutions Co., Ltd.

- Faurecia Japan Co., Ltd.

- Faurecia Interior Systems Japan Co., Ltd.

- FAURECIA HOWA INTERIORS Co., Ltd.

Tax

• Tax filing and the related works including tax consideration
• Transfer pricing /BEPS
• Tax audit
• Notification to tax authority (Tax treaty etc.)
• Tax consulting internally
• Internal control/internal audit related to tax

Accounting under IFRS and Japanese GAAP

• Accounting works related to income tax, Local Tax, Business Tax, Withholding Tax , Consumption Tax, DTA and DTL for monthly/yearly closings (IFRS & J-GAAP)
• Tax reporting to HQ

The reporting to HQ needs to be done based on their calendar

• 税務申告（申告書作成は外部税理士）および納付対応
• 移転価格税制対応
• 税務調査対応
• 租税条約含む各種届出対応
• 社内税務相談対応
• 内部統制対応（税務）

　会計業務（IFRSおよび日本会計基準対応）

• 月次および年次決算での税金関連仕訳計上
• 繰延税金資産・繰延税金負債の計上
• フランス本社へのレポーティング業務（本社カレンダーに準ずる）
• 会計監査対応

その他、勤務地をフォルヴィアグループ内の横浜オフィス、保土ヶ谷駅（最寄り駅）もしくは、さいたまオフィス、さいたま新都心駅（最寄り駅）のいずれかで想定しておりますが、リモート制度（ハイブリット）がございます。

税務全般および会計業務に携わって頂きますが、、財務会計のシェアードサービス先が中国のため、グローバルな環境でご活躍いただけます。

チームの強化のための増員につき、ご経験に応じて幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications  

• Education Level Bachelor and above
• Comfortable in written English
• Japanese Native Level

Experience:

• Tax/Accounting Experience of company/certified tax accountant office: 5 or more years
• Experience of tax filing and to be audited by Tax Office

Skills and competencies:

• MS office
• Knowledge of Tax regulations
• Knowledge and/or Experience of Size-based business tax
• (Nice to have) SAP (ERP system) skill
• (Nice to have) Skill of IFRS, JGAAP and Company Law
• Autonomy/Accountability/Respect/Exemplarity
