Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Faurecia Clarion Electronics Japan Division is looking for a Talent & Organizational Development (TOD) VIE for our site in Saitama, Japan.The VIE TOD is involved in the management of HR development projects in Japan and support for TOD (Talent & Organizational Development) activities.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Monitor the Annual Engagement Survey including the communication and assure the competition rate during the dedicated period, analysis of the results and identifying the key strengths as well as the areas of development, organizing the improvement plan in collaboration with the main Japan stakeholders, follow-up of the implementation of the actions in partnership with the operational;
- Support the People Review process by assisting with succession planning for strategic positions in Japan and identifying employees who demonstrate strong performance and potential for future leadership roles;
- Support the Annual Objectives Setting Management, kicking off the campaign, tracking completion rates, and analyzing results to inform future goal-setting strategies;
- International Mobility Management support which includes facilitating the movement of expatriates, inpatriates, and entity transfers. You will work with external providers to ensure a smooth transition for international employees;
- VIE HRBP, being the main contact point for FCE Japan VIE community in Saitama and Koriyama sites through all the mission duration (Recruitment, pre-boarding, onboarding, mission set-up, follow-up, review and next career plan conversation);
- Coordinate training initiatives by organizing workshops and collaborating with external training providers to identify training needs within the organization. You will also serve as the local contact for Faurecia University in Japan.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master’s degree in Human Sciences with Human Resources Major
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and autonomy
- Fluent in English
- Japanese is a plus
- Strong Excel, Word and PPT skills
- First experience in Human Resources, ideally in TOD;
- Analytical mindset, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights;
- Familiar with Project Management methods;
- Strong teamwork and good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities and changing organizational needs.
