Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Plant Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedule to ensure alignment between customer demand, logistics requirements, and plant capacity. This role will analyze, understand, and anticipate customer needs, guaranteeing that these are reflected in production activities. The Master Scheduler will monitor Shipping Failures per Million (MPM), propose improvement action plans, and ensure the integrity and optimization of data exchange within plant systems.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, managing production planning processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards (IATF-16949, ISO 14001). The role requires proficiency in SAP, application of lean manufacturing tools such as Kanban/Pull Systems, and strong communication skills in English. The Plant Master Scheduler plays a critical role in balancing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial environment.

  • Analyze, understand, and anticipate customer needs in logistics matters, ensuring that these are reflected in production activities.

  • Analyze Shipping Failures per Million (MPM) to customers in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimize data exchange as well as ensure data integrity within the plant’s systems.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • Experience in production within an industrial environment

  • Minimum bilingual (English required)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Supplier Planning

  • Quality System IATF-16949

  • Safety and Environmental System (ISO 14001)
