Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Los principales objetivos de este perfil son:

Conducir el Rendimiento de Calidad, Costos y Envíos (QCD) de los grupos a su cargo:

  • Dirigir las iniciativas QCD: establecer objetivos, implementar planes, realizar el seguimiento de los resultados diarios, realizar los ajustes adecuados sobre la planificación de recursos con el fin de obtener los resultados deseados. 
  • Impulsar las acciones de mejora: comunicarse con el Responsable de Unidad Autónoma de Producción, Supervisores de Producción de otros turnos y demás compañeros de supervisión con el fin de garantizar un flujo de información transparente, colaborar para definir las áreas de mejoras y precisar los planes de actuación. 
  • Gestionar el rendimiento del equipo: conocer los problemas del mismo, establecer las áreas para la mejora del rendimiento con los miembros del equipo, conducir los equipos de trabajo, encargarse de los grupos de resolución de problemas

Gestionar los temas de personal de los equipos a su cargo:

  • Garantizar la gestión diaria del equipo: garantizar que existe la cantidad de personal adecuado, garantizar el respeto a los métodos estandarizados de trabajo, garantizar su presencia en la planta de producción para responder preguntas y enfocar problemas.
  • Desarrollar al equipo: garantizar que se contrata a los recursos de personal adecuados, integrar a los nuevos miembros del equipo, fomentar los planes de desarrollo profesionales, asesorar y disponer la formación adecuada, garantizar las evaluaciones de trabajo con puntualidad, etc.
  • Ser ejemplo para el personal a su cargo en donde se observen conductas de disciplina y orden.
  • Gestionar actividades para el cumplimiento y seguimiento del sistema FES en las áreas a cargo, para generar una cultura de mejora continua en todos los miembros del equipo.
  • Liderear reuniones de trabajo con áreas soporte para asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores asignados (scrap, No OEE, DLE etc).
  • Participar en talleres de mejora continua referentes a eficiencia, 5s, TPM, Scrap, etc.

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

  • Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production

Professional Experience: 

  • 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Skills and competencies: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Operational level of English
