Your mission, roles and responsibilities

-Administrar software de calibraciones, gestionar calibraciones externas, realización de verificaciones
 estudios MSA

-Internas, estudios MSA y adquisicion de nuevo equipo de medición.

-Asegurar el respeto de Política de calidad.

-Tiene la responsabilidad y la autoridad en uso del sistema de control de equipos de medición,(gagetrack o similar).  Está a cargo de la realización de archivos de calibración.

-Participa activamente en la selección, autorización y compra de equipo de medición  y asegura que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos para la adquisición de equipo de medición. 

-Recibe los resultados de las calibraciones teniendo cuidado de que el equipo cumple los requisitos establecidos para ello, archiva y programa la nueva fecha de calibración. 

-Evalúa mediante un software las características críticas establecidas para el producto. Captura toda la información pertinente para programar R & R y el equipo de calibración. 

-Realiza  todas las instrucciones de calibración y se hace referencia en gagetrack.

-Apoya en la ubicación, selección y oferta de servicios de calibración de laboratorios acreditados que cumplan la norma ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 10012. 

-Participación en la formación de personal en los aspectos relacionados con el sistema de calidad ANS, específicamente en el R & R estudios. 

-Él es el responsable de detener el proceso cuando un proceso de desviación relacionado con equipo de medición se detecta, y aprueba la desviación interna si es necesario. Notifica y  apoya de los problemas de calidad procedentes de equipos de medición y participa ,en la contención / acciones correctivas presentado al cliente. 

-Las verificaciones y calibraciones de equipo serán llevadas a  cabo por el Técnico de Calibracioneso se designará  un laboratorio acreditado para la debida calibración del equipo cuando éste sea nuevo, modificado, reparado o dañado antes de su uso.
