Your mission, roles and responsibilities

To support our activities, we are looking for a Automation Project Coordinator to join our GBS in Santa Maria da Feira.
Identify new fields of process improvement:
- Identify automation & process improvement opportunities;
- Assess opportunities in terms of costs & savings;
- Assess potentials for application to other regions;
Contribute to technical specifications & validations:
- Contribute to specifications;
- Follow-up & validate the developments;
- Develop automation solutions based on the tools available;
In charge of change management:
- Define deployment process & risks;
- Set up and organize trainings;
- Maintain close relationship with stakeholders to drive change management;
Measure value realization:
- Set up & follow up KPIs to measure value realization;
- Follow and solve the issues after implementation;
- Support the team on transversal analysis;
General:
- Ensure the 5S rules at your workstation;
- Be compliant with Group procedures and policies;
- Perform the function with discipline and accept the responsibilities in accordance with the Policies ofQuality and Environment and Security;
- Fulfil and to make to fulfil the rules of security and the politics and procedures of HSE;
- Respect and ensure in a daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code ofethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to theCode of Ethics);
- Respect and ensure in a daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code ofmanagement (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development,Business Ethics);
- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the requiredqualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum education level: Master’s degree in business, Finance or Controlling
Experience / Technical and behavioural skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in GBS center;
- Strong Know-How of end-to-end process (O2C, R2R, P2P or H2R);
- Focus on accuracy and details;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus);
- Good computer skills (Data Management + Communication tools);
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Multi-tasking;
- Team spirit;
- Ability to work in an international environment
