Your position and environment?
We are looking for an HR & Talent Development specialist VIE who will provide support to the HEADQUARTERS DIV SHARED SERVICES , and who will be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
You will contribute to the development of talent and competencies across Purchasing and Operations communities.
In this context, you will:
- Support the preparation of Talent Reviews and ensure follow-up of action plans related to high-potential talents and individual development plans
- Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data within HR information systems
- Coordinate the preparation of Talent Committees and monitor actions related to key role recruitment, internal mobility, talent development, and retention
- Lead the preparation of communications for Purchasing and Operations communities (live events, communication campaigns, presentation materials) to promote initiatives, share best practices, and strengthen engagement globally
- Support organizational changes in collaboration with managers, HR teams, and relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the deployment of annual HR campaigns (compensation reviews, performance management, etc.) in coordination with HR teams and managers
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects related to employee experience, engagement, company culture, and continuous improvement of HR processes (communication, onboarding, etc.)
- Support team development initiatives (company culture, skills development, artificial intelligence, etc.)
- Monitor employee engagement action plans in partnership with managers and HR teams
- Develop and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs related to headcount, mobility, diversity, and team performance
- Provide operational HR support on ad hoc topics and strategic projects for Purchasing and Operations
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business School, Management, or equivalent
- Initial significant experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first role) in HR, Talent Management, HR Development, or Consulting
- Strong analytical skills and ease in handling HR data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, autonomous, curious, and comfortable working in international environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) and AI tools is a plus
- Fluent English required
