Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Innovation function performance management, which including budget, new idea and M3 numbers, innovation sales, open innovation ecysystem.
- Key customer interface in term of innovation promotion, routine technical exchange, techday, autoshow.
- Acting as key interface within FIS global innovation network for customer activities, resource management
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Budget Control
Define project objectives, plans, resources, timelines, and budgets; monitor project costs and initiate corrective actions or budget adjustments as needed. -
Cross-functional Innovation Project Management
Lead and coordinate innovation projects across multiple functions (e.g. GTS, Testing, Design, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality) to deliver concept studies, feasibility analyses, and validation plans in line with global innovation processes. -
Project Review and Milestone Governance
Organize and conduct regular project reviews and milestone presentations to key stakeholders and Innovation Committees; ensure clear decisions, actions, and follow-up. -
Innovation Deliverables and Knowledge Management
Ensure proper documentation of innovation results, including reports, concepts, prototypes, and simulations; maintain project documentation and contribute to the knowledge management system. -
Innovation Transfer, IP Protection, and Team Leadership
Support smooth transfer of innovation projects into serial development, ensure patent protection, manage external partners and suppliers, and supervise innovation engineers and cross-functional team members. - Supervision of innovation engieers and functional team member(industrial design, GTS, PTE etc.)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Degree (Master) in Engineering, ideally in any of the following engineering disciplines: Tooling, Polymer/Composite, Transport/Automotive, Mechanisms, Mechatronics, HMI, Lighting, Virtual/Augmented Reality or Industrial Design.
- At least 10 years development experience within an industrial environment, especially in the automotive industry
- At least 2 years team management experience
- OEM development process knowledge and customer needs understanding
- Structured & systematic with scientific & engineering mindset
- Self driven & dynamic
- International mindset
- English is compulsory
