Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
o Ensure compliance with the requirements of the implemented IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and C-TPAT systems focused on Human Resources.
o Support of the OHP MOI tracking.
o Have updated the purchase orders of suppliers providing general services.
o Responsible for the MOI recruitment process according to FES X.0 1.3 brick for filling he ideal candidate profile, based on job description.
o Assuring that the MOI Onboarding process exists for each MOI and it´s closed after 6 months with planned and done dates.
o Responsible of the accomplishment of the newcomers benchmark call, handover defined and performed for planned internal movilities.
o Manage and control the records (files) of all MOI personnel.
o Maintain updated organization chart in Faurecia network.
o Support in integration events.
o Coordinate the updating of job descriptions with the different areas.
o Performance Review M&P & TFA STAR closed on time according FES X.0 brick 1.05 in accordance with Group deadlines (STAR Performance end of January and STAR Objectives end of February).
o Performance with N-1 is reviewed at least 2 times / year based on STAR objectives.
o Employee Motivation & Engagement / Communication according to FES X.0 1.07 brick
o Supervisor role and GAP leadership fundamental FES 4.0
o These functions are enunciative and not limiting the performance of other activities that are required.
o Personnel Services Administration (Canteen, Water Provider )
o Weekend program for canteen service.
o Payroll validation for internal suppliers services ( Trainees, Plant manager assistant, plant driver.)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
o Minimum 2 years into Faurecia Human Resources processes.
o Knowledge in recruitment and selection process, Performance review, events organization, Job descriptions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Labor Law.
o Personnel Services administration.
o Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
o Ability to build and manage a budget.
o Application of competencies interviews.
o Advanced English required.
