Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Ensure effective per part data communication with / from Sales Department regarding Sales Price variations, PO updates from our OEM's and/or CBR and DT2 pricing and claims
  • Be involved in month-end close activities with plant finance teams with respect to revenue recognition
  • Track receivables and work with Plant Finance teams and Sales departments in order to help identify and resolve overdues, pricing differences, ASN or Pay as Build (PAB) problems with our OEM's
  • Track debit notes from OEM's and communicate with Sales / Plants on reasons thereof
  • Propose improvements on the Sales Administration process
  • Verify accuracy of customer purchase orders for customer billing
  • Be able to support or defend costs submitted to customer in regard to claims and alerts
  • Establish rapport with customer purchasing organization
  • The employee is responsible for conducting his/her job within the ISO 9001 standards
  • All program-related duties need to be accomplished within the requirements of the Faurecia Program Management System
  • Create Where Used Analysis to support sales team and Customer Tier 2 claims
  • Create Unpriced Reports for Sales Team to ensure any end items that are being ordered by the customer have a customer PO
  • Create Customer Master Data for any new customer or customer ship to locations for all Ford FIS CBU North America Plants
  • Support GM CBU Sales Team with Ad Hoc Reports and analysis
  • Compile Production Plan from customer
  • Manage tool tag ordering process and provide monthly report to Financial Analyst in support of month-end allocation of tag expenses
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site
  • Support the leadership and commitment from top management according to the NAO environmental policy and ISO 14001
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and adherence to:

  • All other duties as assigned by the company

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Extensive Knowledge of OEM is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • The performance needs to be in accordance with the Faurecia core and manager competencies.
  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management, co-workers and subordinates and the ability to resolve conflicts and build effective teams is required
  • Ability to use SAP Customer Master and Material Master Data with knowledge of T-Codes
  • Working knowledge of WERS and Covisint. (Webquote and E-payables)

 

Education / Experience:

  • The ability to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis and evaluating alternate solutions and to make decisions quickly in order to take immediate action is strongly suggested in this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or a related discipline and /or 2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration / controlling/or equivalent in automotive industry, particularly interior systems is suggested.
  • Experience in manufacturing is recommended.
  • Ability to work in multicultural organization.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Capability to manage large amounts of data.
