What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?

Our Forvia Interior Systems product group is looking for a SALES VIE for its manufacturing plant based in ARGES CATEASCA, ROMANIA.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Sales team within an Interiors Business Unit, your role will be to support commercial development with automotive OEM customers (STLA OEMs).

Sales development support

  • Take part in defining and rolling out the commercial strategy across the customer scope
  • Contribute to identifying new business opportunities (RFQ, sourcing, new programs)
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence (trends, innovations, pricing)

Commercial offer management

  • Coordinate the preparation of responses to calls for tender in collaboration with internal teams (R&D, program, purchasing, finance)
  • Contribute to building technical and commercial offers (costs, margins, positioning)
  • Track response milestones and ensure the quality of deliverables

Customer relationship

  • Take part in meetings with OEM customers (presentations, negotiations, commercial reviews)
  • Provide day-to-day support in managing the customer relationship
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and to Faurecia's image

Analysis and reporting

  • Monitor commercial performance (volumes, revenue, profitability)
  • Update reporting tools (SAP, Business Review, forecasts)
  • Prepare presentation materials for management

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Education & experience

  • Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree)
  • First experience (internship, work-study) in sales, business development, or project management
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus

Skills

  • Strong business orientation and customer focus
  • Analytical skills and financial understanding (costs, margins)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of a CRM tool is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent English required
  • The language of the host country is a plus
