Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Accounts Payable

 

Controlling standard “Procure to Pay Process” including 3 way match. Invoice Booking in VIM
Checking Not Right at First Time (NRFT), how to clear such discrepancies and circulating the report on weekly basis to all stakeholders
Defining the periodicity of Reconciliation of all suppliers accounts based on their volume, complexity and ensuring it is achieved on timely manner
Regular view of GRIR and other control accounts on weekly and monthly basis before month end closing
To have complete control on Vendor Master Database in SAP, in close coordination with Purchasing teams
Checking open advances and knocking off the same
Processing weekly payment lot
Hands on complete process of custom duty and knocking of BOE
Maintaining monthly provision
Checing TDS provision and knock off susequently
Checking AP Ageing and overdues and clearing the same in time
Preparation of MSME return

General

Be an expert of SAP from purely Accounting perspective (FI Module)
Proactively assisting in completion of Statutory and Internal Audits, conducted on time to time basis

 

Qualification:

The ideal candidate will have to be:

BCOM /MCOM / MBA / CA (Inter)/ Masters Degree with a specialisation in core Accounting
2 to 3 years of experience in a financial role including transaction processing supervisory experience
Computer skills including strong excel and finance system skills, familiar user of ERP systems including SAP
Good organizational skills and teamwork sense
Strong management skills
Fluent in English
