Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    管理 ME 团队，搭建团队目标、绩效考核与人才培养
2.    保证工厂内设备、资产及ME部人员管理按照公司规定执行，确保设备正常运转，为生产提供可靠保障。
3.    主导 NPI 全流程：DFM 评审、工艺方案、工装夹具、试产验证、量产移交
4.    推动 OEE 提升、周期优化、精益降本，落地持续改善项目
5.    快速解决产线重大工艺 / 设备瓶颈，保障生产交付
6.    统筹设备工装 CAPEX 评估、立项、选型及项目管理
7.    建立工艺标准，管控制造风险，落实 HSE要求
8.    对接质量、供应链、产品等跨部门，同步客户技术要求
9.    上级领导安排的其它工作事项。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科及以上，机械 / 制造工程相关专业，硕士学历优先。
2.    8年以上电子/制造业ME经验，≥5年团队管理经验
3.    精通 NPI、工艺规划、工装开发、精益生产；熟悉 VAVE/FMEA/8D/5Why 等工具
4.    熟悉 CAD 绘图，有 SAP 使用经验优先
5.    优秀跨部门协调、项目管理与问题解决能力
6.    良好的职业素养和抗压能力，以结果为导向。
7.    英语读写流利，可对接海外总部优先
最低标准的候选人
1.    本科及以上，机械 / 制造工程相关专业
2.    5年以上电子/制造业ME经验，≥3 年团队管理经验
3.    熟悉NPI、工艺规划、了解VAVE、FMEA、8D、5Why 等工具
4.    SAP 操作经验，熟悉IATF16949
5.    具备跨部门协调、项目管理与问题解决能力
6.    良好的职业素养和抗压能力，以结果为导向。
7.    具备英语能力，无障碍阅读。
