Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Analysis and coordination of automation projects and digital tools defined in each period.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure that the objectives set are met after the implementation of each project.
• Contribute to the preparation of the necessary documentation for the launch of automation and digital processes.
• Collaboration with plant teams to improve current tools, as well as for the launch of new digitalization processes and automation projects, implementation of improvements and proposal of new improvements and needs. 
• Periodic report on the status of implementation of each of the projects.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process and operations improvement.
• Understand and analyze the data obtained from the different digital tools deployed in the plant.
• Actively participate in professional development activities and technical training of plant personnel in relation to digital & auto skills.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

1.- Minimum training: 
• Bachelor's degree/Engineer (ideally with a specialization in data analytics). 
• Minimum previous experience of 2 years in the industrial sector.
• High English level.
2.-Valuable training:
• Understanding KPIs
• Production or PC&L experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of data management tools (Excel). Power BI or other data visualization tools are a plus.
