Your mission, roles and responsibilities

o 参与到工厂持续改善过程中
o 按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系,推行FES在本部门的开展与实施
o 整合客户需求,制定短期和长期生产计划。
o 分析客户需求、趋势预测,评估交付风险;对成品发运或者抱怨相关做出应急响应。
o 量产项目EOP时,跟踪整个过程,保证交付并控制呆料,如有呆料费用产生,负责向客户进行沟通。
o 跟踪ECR/ECO实施状况,提供正确的物料切换日期并确保没有呆料。
o 管理和指导计划员以控制存货水平并保证生产物料的供应。
o 确保售后订单的物料集结和售后订单的交付。
o 定期检查和更新ERP计划参数。
o 库存管理及优化,确保库存水平(FG&SFG&RM)在预算之内。
o 物料及成品运输额外运费管理,降低或消除额外运费发生。
o 评价,培训,管理物流供应商和新的供应商,降低物流供应商MPM。
o 当量产项目零件发生包装,订单条件,运输安排等变更时,负责主导与供应商沟通并更新物流协议和包装协议。
o 支持计划组其他成员(主计划员和客户协调员)的日常工作。
o 定期更新MIFA和MIFD
o 定义物流假设(物料流初始信息),审核物流假设对应的报价。
o 团队合作
• 保证与内部客户的完全和及时地沟通
• 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高
•与其他部门的密切合作
o 附加或特殊工作任务
• 按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务
