Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for our Talent Development Apprentice who will not only get the chance to get to know moreabout our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the HR Development initiatives andmissions in our Head Quarters (HQ) in Nanterre. 

Let us introduce the main missions and opportunities for you:
-  Support to the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics,preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
-  Participate to Corporate talent development initiatives (Career trajectory & strategic projects follow-up, VIE talent pool follow-up, highpotential sponsoring, etc)
-  Design and deploy Talent Development initiatives: mentoring, digital events and campaigns
-  Follow Talent Development calendar and associated processes, driving campaigns and statistics (AnnualReviews, Talent Acquisition, Engagement…)
-  Support management learning community worldwide

- Animate Talent Development community and lead the coordination and the follow-up of key campaigns/communication actions
- Adhoc projects/missions

Your profile and competencies to succeed

We can’t wait to find a new member of the team, so below you can see what our ideal candidate will have/be:
- A great curiosity and motivation to learn
- Good communication, organization, and planning skills
- Team spirit, international, agile mindset
- Writing and data analytics competencies
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Licence, preparing a Master in HR
- A previous internship experience is a plus
