Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Responsible to translate the DFM&A technical specification in to an RFQ.
- Support T&E Buyer with supplier selection, validation and ensure the quotation package is understood.
- Responsible to validate the technical requirements and support. This is to ensure the supplier respects quote submission, design review, and runoff per Faurecia request.
- Responsible to ensure proper technical support during the T&E Design Review. To validate design meets Faurecia Specifications.
- Active participant of the APQP process with T&E Suppliers.
- Provide approval to of design review to PML and Supplier to proceed.
- Provide technical support during T&E validation and T&E Run Off at the vendors and prior to shipment.
- Support the program team to reach the quality, delivery and Cost objectives.
- Support the modifications defined during the sep-up period until Production Trial (PT).
- Provide feedback to the T&E specialist to ensure LL’s are capture and transversalized.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience within a manufacturing environment in the automotive sector
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management process
- Knowledge of Production System Efficiency (Lean Manufacturing)
- Knowledge in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
- Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory)
- Fluent in English (Mandatory)
