Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties: 基本职责和义务

生产经理负责生产部,生产区域全面管理,确保 QCDP 达成。

The main missions of the role are: 该职务主要任务是:

组织管理

  • 生产经理是几个不同生产主管的直接经理,UAP 的大小不得超过 200 人
  • 必要时,生产经理可以是某些支持部门的直接经理(涉及到质量、维修、持续改进);
    (UAP 中支持部门的数量需要受到限制),并在职能上属于工厂级别的支持部门领导
  • 直接向工厂经理汇报,是工厂管理委员会的一名成员

QCDP(质量、成本、交付、人员)绩效

  • 确保 QCD 指标达成客户的期望
  • 对 PIC/PDP 过程中决定的目标负责(直接员工数目、班次安排、加班、交付计划、PPH)
  • 为每一个生产主管定义 QCDP 指标(对实际情况做出改进):ppm、pph、TRS、缺勤率、事故次数、改进建议等
  • 监督每班的生产结果,每天在生产会议上汇报准确的数据

管理资源以达到目标

  • 根据产量调整人员总数(人员、班次),优化设备使用率

推动改进行动

  • 确定绩效改进的区域
  • 推动团队合作和问题解决活动,领导问题解决小组和 FES 活动(奥深、TPM、快速换模),人员量基础等
  • 优化 UAP 布局,推进改进建议过程

成本与项目

  • 制定并实现的生产成本预算,每月汇报
  • 参与新产品启动,确保新产品的生产启动就绪(生产线路、培训、目标确定等)

问题解决

  • 确定问题解决的开始程序和解决步骤
  • 人员管理

    • 通过榜样式管理严格纪律

    日常管理

    • 生产经理和生产主管的日常管理

    • 每天严格控制生产人员数量

    • 指导生产主管履行各自的职责

    • 支持并帮助生产主管解决问题

    • 支持部门的协调(问题解决、持续改进)

    • 确保纪律得到严格遵守(工作服、休息时间、工作时间等)

    • 确保安全规则、政策和程序的遵守。

    团队建设

    • 指导生产主管工作:如何更好地解决问题,如何将 70% 的精力投入到改进活动中

    • 确定生产区域的人员需求

    • 参与筛选和招聘员工

    • 为新员工提供合适的入职培训

    • 制定培训计划以增强小组自治,培训并指导小组成员

    • 管理直接员工的年度绩效面谈

    • 制定人员发展计划:培训、工作评估

    • 制定人员奖励和个人晋升的战略计划

    • 对个人的成绩予以承认:岗位提升,参与决策过程

    沟通与信息管理

    • 确保生产部内部的信息流通顺畅:班前会、定期信息会,重要信息和管理信息的快速传达
    • 充分学习理解并从而执行《管理规范》和《道德规范》中的各项内容,承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南
    • 定期与本部门员工沟通道德规范与管理规范
    • 接收并反馈本部门员工提出的潜在利益冲突
    • 接收并反馈本部门员工提交的举报信息
    • 及时上升不可控制的冲突与员工举报信息

    团队协作工作

    • 确保与工厂经理以及其他 UAP 经理及时有效的沟通
    • 参与对工厂绩效进行持续改进
    • 每月在 UAP 内部召开一次沟通会

    健康、安全、环境和工作条件

    • 严格遵守 HSE 规则和条例
    • 推动 UAP 内部的 HSE 活动开展
    • 改善工作条件,积极推动对人机工程学的研究

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications 任职资格

The ideal candidate will have / be: 理想的候选人应具备:

Minimum education level:基本教育背景

  • 最低教育程度:本科及以上学历

Experience 工作经验

  • 至少 5 年以上机械制造行业生产管理工作经验
  • 汽车及零配件生产制造行业生产管理经验优先

Skills and competencies 技能和能力

  • 具备相关精益生产、生产管理知识技能
  • 熟悉佛吉亚的 8 个质量基础
  • 熟悉问题解决方法,可熟练使用 5Why、8D、PDCA 方法解决生产现场突发质量事故
