Role Overview

The VIE – New Project Quality supports the launch of new projects by applying and validating quality standards and tools. Working closely with the PQL and plant teams, the role contributes to control plan development, product and process validation, and key milestones such as PPAP.

It also monitors quality performance, supports daily quality management, and drives alignment with plant and division quality priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Control Plans for new projects under the supervision of the Project Quality Leader (PQL)
• Conduct Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) studies
• Ensure product conformity verification through Part Inside Specification Tolerance (PIST) and Part Inside Process Capability (PIPC)
• Manage daily activities related to the Temporary Quality Wall
• Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) preparation and validation
• Analyze Eddy current inspection data in collaboration with plant teams and project stakeholders
• Contribute to the administration of the Top 3 Quality Priorities convergence plan with the Division Production Quality Manager
• Coordinate with plant teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards and processes
• Monitor performance, track action plans, and provide clear and structured reporting

Qualifications & Profile

Education :

• Master’s degree in Engineering

• Knowledge of quality engineering tools and methodologies
