Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The role of the Master scheduler in a plant is to ensure the customer requirement by levelling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible.
He or she is accountable for:
• Customer communication, right usage of customer systems and tools, Customer order integrations and fulfillment at the right Engineering level,
• PDP ( Master production schedule) establishment ( Formal Multifunction Process + FCS registration) and the monitoring of the PDP execution from PC&L point of view
• PIC inputs ( Sales & Operation Plan inputs) : Customer demand, forecast, customer assumptions, working days and targets inventories,
• Finished goods inventories (TPA, Pool stock, Goods in transit, External WHs and consignment stocks if exist).
Execution
- Receive the customer needs in a proper format and integrate It into FCS, manage if applicable the customer portal ( Releases, shipment confirmations, empty management, ASN …)
- Analyze and understand the customer needs (Including aftermarket business), discuss, comment and negotiate them with the customer to align
- Ensure Dry out and SOP phases of Engineering changes and/or new programs
- Implement the PDP ( MPS) for the plant according to PIC guidance, updated customer’s needs, and PC&L manager guidance ( Weekly) and monitor the PDP execution to ensure the delivery plan and the customer needs :
o Last week performance
o Demand planning
o Production arbitration
o PDP meeting then MRP
o PDP output and monitoring (using standard tools available like Levelling board picture, diagonal, Preactor,….) - Manage and check the pool and safety stocks levels designed during the PIC and confirmed with the PDP, ensure weekly review of the FCS min/max stock objectives,
- Follow the delivery planning to customer including returnable flows, monitor eventual gaps to plan with Traffic scheduling and lead Alerts resolutions
- Monitor the delivery performance ( MPM registration) and drive related QRCI
- Prepare the Inputs of the S&OP ( PIC) on monthly basis to be able to propose to the plant team a leveled vision of the volumes to optimize the resources, under the guidance of the PC&L manager,
- Manage any claims to customer related to Mix change or Engineering obsolescence at plant level and in collaboration with Sales department
Process standardization and development
- Ensure the Update and reliability of Mater data related Master scheduling
- Lead the proper usage of PDP tools ( Pic and PDP into FCS, MIP) and Customers tools ( Customer portal for example), and is accountable for Plants work instructions
- Ensure the accuracy Faurecia Delivery performance reporting (MPM.net) and Customer portal information if applicable
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on time finished goods delivery to customers, to avoid any issues related to Engineering change management of mix changes
Management & Training

- Share all relevant information to his manager and team; Provide reporting to his manager and ensure transmission of information to the plant leadership,

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial or supply-chain management
• Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication,
• SAP knowledge appreciated, especially PP module ( SD and MM are a plus)
• Minimum bi-lingual (English + one other languages)
• Customer orientation / Team spirit / Autonomy, rigor
