The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

▪           Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.

▪           Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.

▪           Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.

▪           Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.

▪           Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll.

▪           Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.

▪           Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.

▪           Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.

▪           Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.

▪           Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.

▪           Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.

▪           Handle legal requirements regarding training.

▪           (May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions.

 

  • University Level in HR related field
  • At least 2-5 years in the HR function (in industrial environment)
  • Solid experience with SAP HR Information systems as well as MS office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • International mind set and mobility
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Bi-lingual (English required)
