Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Support day-to-day Human Resources administrative activities;

Assist with recruitment and selection processes;

Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees;

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects;

Support training and employee development activities,

Contribute to internal communication initiatives and corporate events;

Provide general support to the HR team in ongoing activities and projects.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, Psychology or Sociology;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills (especially Excel);
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills;
- Observation and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities;
- Proactive attitude, adaptability and motivation to develop new skills;
- Sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines/tasks;
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
