Your mission, roles and responsibilities

O Engenheiro de Processo de Extrusão de Perfis de plástico será responsável por padronizar e otimizar os processos produtivos da área de extrusão de perfis, com o objetivo de melhorar a produtividade, eficiência e qualidade, através da aplicação de ferramentas de melhoria contínua. Participará em equipas multidisciplinares para a introdução de novos projetos, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos do sistema de gestão de projetos.

Responsabilidades e Atividades

• Programação de máquinas de extrusão e equipamentos auxiliares.
• Análise de capacidade das linhas de extrusão e dos equipamentos auxiliares (ex: extrusora, chillers, cortadores).
• Gestão de cargas de materiais e consumos no sistema SAP.
• Elaboração de cotações e custos de novos componentes (ex: Perfis Plásticos).
• Criação e atualização de routings e listas de materiais (BOM).
• Análise de consumos de materiais (resinas, pigmentos, acessórios).
• Acompanhamento e suporte em inventários de produção em articulação com o planeamento.

Saúde, Segurança e Ambiente (HSE):

• Cumprir e promover as políticas de Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.
• Utilizar corretamente o Equipamento de Proteção Individual (EPI).

Qualidade:

• Cumprir os procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.
• Participar em ações de melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas (ex: 8D, PDCA).

Ética e Compliance:

• Respeitar o código de ética e valores da empresa.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia de Materiais ou áreas afins.
• Mínimo 2 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial de extrusão de perfis plásticos.
• Conhecimentos de operação e manutenção de máquinas extrusoras, chillers, cortadores e equipamentos de medição.
• Conhecimento em diferentes tipos de polímeros e suas propriedades (ex: PVC, PE, PP, ABS, entre outros).
• Capacidade de análise de processos e resolução de problemas (ex: 5W2H, Ishikawa, 8D).
• Conhecimentos de interpretação de desenhos técnicos.
• Familiaridade com SAP ou outro ERP industrial.
• Inglês intermédio (oral e escrito); outros idiomas são valorizados.
• Foco no cliente e nos resultados.
• Capacidade de trabalho em equipa multidisciplinar.
• Proatividade, autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade.
• Agilidade de aprendizagem e abertura à inovação.
