Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Main Job Responsibilities & Missions主要岗位职责及任务
负责公司安全体系的验证，指导公司各部门的安全体系文件编写；
进行纠正及预防措施的跟踪和验证工作,确保体系的有效运行和持续改进；
组织HSE相关的内外部审核，并推动管理评审的进行；
组织HSE相关的培训；
推广佛吉亚HSE相关政策;
负责新项目的HSE体系搭建、验证；
识别并遵守HSE相关的法律法规；
负责公司内部消防相关事务；
协调并配合其他部门的工作，从而更好地完成公司的目标；
Responsible for the verification of the company's safety system and guiding the preparation of safety system documents by various departments;
Conduct tracking and verification of corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the system;
Organize internal and external HSE audits and promote management reviews;
Organize HSE-related training;
Promote Faurecia HSE-related policies;
Responsible for the establishment and verification of HSE systems for new projects;
Identify and comply with HSE-related laws and regulations;
Responsible for internal fire protection affairs of the company;
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to better achieve the company's objectives;

Qualifications 任职资格
学历要求: 大专或以上学历；
专业:相关工科专业；
工作经验: 在汽车相关行业有至少2年的相关经验优先考虑；
技术能力及其他能力要求：
具有较强的分析能力和团队合作能力以及问题解决能力；
良好的沟通能力和人际交流能力；
结果导向，优化工作流程，值得信任。
Educational requirements: Associate degree or above;
Major: Relevant engineering major;
Work experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive-related industry is preferred;
Technical skills and other requirements:
Strong analytical ability, teamwork skills, and problem-solving ability;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Results-oriented, able to optimize work processes, trustworthy.
