Responsible for factory process quality management and rapid response to issues; Promote QRCI and 8D teams to reduce poor quality costs; continuously improve processes and drive lean production;
Analyze causes and take measures based on customer feedback/customer complaints, and track the effectiveness of these measures; Process problem analysis and handling, containment of issues, and implementation of corrective actions; Monitor the production process, identify potential quality risks, and develop preventive measures; authorized to stop production and shipment when necessary; Collect and organize process quality data, and develop action plans to reduce internal defect costs; Conduct regular product audits and implement improvements for nonconformities; Promote QRCI and 8D teams to systematically resolve quality issues; Prepare inspection work instructions, provide training for inspectors and production line personnel, and implement R&R for inspectors; Assist SQE in confirming root causes of issues and drive improvements for incoming material defects; Manage change points, confirm sample status, and control quality during the initial phase of changes; |

学历:本科及以上(能力突出者大专学历亦可); 专业:理工科背景; 工作经验:3年及以上汽车行业质量工作经验; 技术能力及其他能力要求:熟悉PPAP/APQP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA五大工具,擅长8D分析方法; 熟悉注塑/焊接/喷漆/冲压/装配等零部件生产工艺; 有良好的人际沟通及问题解决能力,抗压能力强; 英语CET-4及以上。 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Associate degree acceptable for outstanding candidates); Major: Science or engineering background; Work experience: At least 3 years of quality-related experience in the automotive industry; Technical and other requirements: Proficient in the five core tools—PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA; skilled in 8D analysis methodology; Familiar with component manufacturing processes such as injection molding, welding, painting, stamping, and assembly; Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, strong stress tolerance; English proficiency: CET-4 or above. |
