Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- 负责客户端质量问题统筹响应，负责问题分析并推动内外部问题改善，客诉目标达成；
- 汇总客户端问题数据&信息，形成质量日报并通报相关人员；
- 客户关系维护，定期拜访+管理会议沟通，TCS达成目标；
- 对客户系统进行定期维护，按时提交客户要求资料，客户绩效月度确认；
- 驻厂人员日常工作管理（招聘、技能培训等）；
- 售后投诉问题清单分析+索赔申诉处理；
- 负责对应客户审核及特殊要求；
- 负责变更管理客户端资料的提交及交付状态确认；
- 负责IATF16949质量管理体系在工厂的有效运行；
- 负责编写修订相关质量文件，指导公司各部门的体系文件编写及相应文控管理；
- 督促整个组织能够遵循标准要求，确保全过程符合IATF16949标准要求；
- 负责同二方、三方认证机构及咨询机构的外部联系,及时与二方、三方审核员联络并策划审核接待相关事宜
- 负责对应一方/二方/三方审核，消除严重不符合项，对一般不符合项进行问题分析并制定纠正措施，提交整改报告并跟踪措施的有效性，直至审核问题项关闭；
- 推动KATA/QRCI，8D等分析工具的实施，系统解决问题；
- 推行FES体系，实施8QB审核；
- 实施培训，提升员工对QMS的理解和认知度；
- 制定年度审核计划，按期实施计划并推动改善；
- 完成N+1交办的其它工作任务；
Responsible for coordinating responses to client quality issues, conducting problem analysis, and driving internal and external issue resolution to achieve customer complaint targets;
Summarize client issue data and information, generate quality daily reports, and communicate them to relevant personnel;
Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and management meetings to achieve TCS targets;
Perform regular maintenance of customer systems, submit required documents on time, and confirm monthly customer performance;
Manage daily work of on-site personnel (recruitment, skills training, etc.);
Analyze after-sales complaint issue lists and handle claims and appeals;
Responsible for customer audits and special requirements;
Responsible for submitting and confirming the delivery status of change management client documents;
Responsible for the effective operation of the IATF16949 quality management system in the plant;
Responsible for drafting and revising relevant quality documents, guiding all company departments in system document preparation and corresponding document control management;
Supervise the organization to ensure compliance with standard requirements and guarantee that the entire process meets IATF16949 standard requirements;
Responsible for external communication with second-party, third-party certification bodies, and consulting organizations, timely contacting second-party and third-party auditors, and planning audit reception matters;
Responsible for first-party/second-party/third-party audits, eliminating major nonconformities, analyzing general nonconformities, formulating corrective actions, submitting rectification reports, and tracking the effectiveness of measures until audit issues are closed;
Promote the implementation of KATA/QRCI, 8D, and other analysis tools for systematic problem solving;
Implement the FES system and conduct 8QB audits;
Conduct training to enhance employees’ understanding and awareness of the QMS;
Develop annual audit plans, implement them as scheduled, and drive improvements;
Complete other tasks assigned by N+1.
Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Associate degree acceptable for outstanding candidates); - Major: Science or engineering background; - Work experience: 3 years or more of customer quality experience in the automotive industry; - Technical and other competency requirements: Familiar with the five core tools (PPAP/APQP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA), proficient in the 8D analysis method; over 3 years of experience with the IATF 16949 system, with independent experience handling third-party audit organizations and required second-party audits; - Familiar with the five core tools (PPAP/APQP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA), with 8D analysis capability; - Possess strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills (especially strong client-side communication and coordination abilities), able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for short-term assignments; - CET-4 English proficiency or above.
