Job responsibilities 1

1. 先期供应商质量(ASQ)是确保先期产品质量计划的执行(APQP)及其在各个时间节点完成和跟进供应商的绩效。主要任务是: 
   1. 根据集团和采购需求，部署相关零件的APQP开发进程
   2. 给技术决策提出建议(即做好TFC评估)，确保在零件开发过程中没有质量缺陷。
   3. 对于低绩效供应商，与战略采购做好管理提升及合作计划。
   4. 与工厂SQA和质量工程师做好供应商的过程质量资质审核(包括试生产和过程审核)。
   5. 按照APQP进展要求，与项目团队完成决策。
   6. 培训供应商，确保定义的标准能准确实施。
   7. 在移交工厂前，管控零件生产批准程序，并移交SQA。
   8. 万一有零件偏差，管理好供应商的行动计划。
   9. 参与战略采购对供应商的过程、技术职责的评估。

1. 改进工具(8D/QRCI)的理论和方法 the theory and method of quality improve tools (8D/QRQC)
2. 工程图纸的理解和应用Understanding/adoption drawing
3. Excel、Abode Reader、Word等办公软件 Excel、Abode Reader、Word etc. office software
4. 可使用质量工具(APQP, FMEA,SPC,MSA等) Skillful at APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc…
5. 熟悉IATF, VDA等AIAG要求；
6. 熟悉常见座椅零部件生产工艺，如冲压，注塑，冷镦，装配等
