主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks

负责估算并向内部职能（报价/项目/财务/销售/采购）提供成本数据，以支持业务获取和项目开发。Responsible for estimating and providing cost data to internal functions (Quotation/Project/Finance/Sales/Purchasing) to support business acquisition and program development.

1. 根据设计输入（如 EBOM、3D 数据、2D 绘图等）独立估算外购零件成本（零件和模具成本）。 Independently estimate the cost of purchased parts (part cost and tooling cost) based on design inputs such as EBOM, 3D data, and 2D drawings.
2. 在项目获取和项目开发阶段提供CBOM并进行风险和机会分析，以提高项目竞争力和盈利能力。 Provide CBOM and conduct risk and opportunity analysis during the acquisition and program development phases to enhance program competitiveness and profitability.
3. 提供外购件采购成本目标，并在必要时为供应商谈判提供支持。 Provide target purchasing costs for bought‑in components and support supplier negotiations when necessary.
4. 自制或外购分析、ECR 成本评估和参与VA/VE相关工作。 Conduct Make-or-Buy analysis, ECR cost evaluation, and participate in VA/VE-related activities.
5. 新数据库的建立和现有的更新。 Establish new databases and update existing ones.
6. 新成本模型开发和现有更新。 Develop new cost models and continuously update existing models.
7. 附加和其它工作任务 Other and Specific Missions   
   • 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
   • 保证和上级经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent and timely communication with line manager.
   • 上级经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary jobs given by line manager.

技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow
1.    理解基本的模具成本结构和市场状况。 Understanding of basic tooling (mold/die) cost structures and market conditions.
2.    熟悉机械制造加工等行业的工艺流程。 Familiar with manufacturing processes in mechanical machining and related industries.
3.    熟悉不同的模具类型。 Knowledge of different tooling types.
4.    能够根据不同模具类型和业务需求，基于3D/2D图纸独立分析冲压工艺和模具结构。 Ability to independently analyze stamping processes and tool structures based on 3D/2D drawings, according to different tool types and business requirements.
5.    成本核算经验。 Experience in cost estimation/costing.
6.    各类办公应用软件特别是EXCELL操作技能。 Proficiency in various office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
7.    良好的沟通能力。 Good communication skills.
